I recently had a conversation with Tracey regarding a property we were considering for purchase. While we had already engaged a Buyer's agent and conducted several days of due diligence, we found it necessary to consult with a Town Planner to clarify our potential for construction on a specific part of the land. Tracey promptly alerted us to the presence of an easement on the property, which rendered our building plans unfeasible. If only we had reached out to Tracey initially, we could have saved all the time and effort invested before contacting her.
