I recently had a conversation with Tracey regarding a property we were considering for purchase. While we had already engaged a Buyer's agent and conducted several days of due diligence, we found it necessary to consult with a Town Planner to clarify our potential for construction on a specific part of the land. Tracey promptly alerted us to the presence of an easement on the property, which rendered our building plans unfeasible. If only we had reached out to Tracey initially, we could have saved all the time and effort invested before contacting her. I found the services of Urban Planners Queensland to be efficient and knowledgeable and ultimately saved us a lot of time and money in our search for a house. They assisted us in our search to purchase a house by providing us with information about the potential development opportunities for properties we were looking at. I recently had an urgent need for Urban Planners Queensland to quickly but intelligently review a site I was considering purchasing via auction but with very little lead time. In fact, it was late on Friday evening with an impending Auction the following morning. Jessica diligently began investigating the planning approval requirements for various modifications we would have to make if it were to be our new residential home. Thankfully Jessica was able to get us the essential information in a matter of hours which changed the whole decision for us. From the initial enquiry to the final approval, Jessica was extremely helpful in terms of educating and assisting me on the process for the very first time. The entire risk smart town planning process took a bit over a week which was unbelievable considering our initial indication from a less helpful provider was that this process would take up to 3 months! I was extremely please with the service from UPQ and would summarise it as fairly priced, with a quick turn-around. The work related to obtaining BCC Building Approval to build in a character housing area and we only realised the need for it at a late point. Whilst other firms I approached attempted to add unnecessary bells and whistles at extortionate prices, UPQ understood exactly what was needed, quoted a fair price, delivered on the tight turn around, and ultimately obtained the necessary approval without further ado.
